Dear Author T.V. Holiday,
As I turned the last page of Vendetta: Legend of the Iron Warrior Vol. 3, I closed the book and sat for a moment, thinking less about superheroes and more about the weight people carry when they are called to something greater than themselves. One of the book’s greatest strengths was the willingness to present a hero who was far from perfect. Travis carried burdens that I could relate to. His journey through doubt, loss, and responsibility gave the story emotional weight. It left me pondering.
The wild “White Ghost” truck ride at the beginning, while thrilling, had me confused about the identities of Crystal and Ashley and their relation to Travis. Had I read Volumes 1 and 2, this would not have been an issue. That aside, his connections with Crystal and Ashley brought a reassuring human touch. This helped tie their extraordinary experiences to real emotions.
I appreciated the ambitious scope of the world you created. Beyond the action, I was given much to consider: the clash of spiritual forces, Candace’s alternative viewpoint, and the questions of faith, trust, and redemption. The novel asked meaningful questions without losing sight of its entertainment value.
I occasionally wished certain scenes had a bit more room to linger and expand. The fast-paced confrontations and plot twists left little room for the quieter emotional moments to fully land their intended impact.
In the end, your deep love for this world was evident throughout the entire book. The characters’ sincerity and the emotional stakes made this a memorable read. I now plan to go back and read the first two in the series. Thank you for creating a story that invites readers to believe, question, and hope alongside its heroes.
With Warm Regards,
