Dr. Kristin Struble is a mom, children’s book author and practicing pediatrician from Phoenix, Arizona, since 2001. She was raised in Tucson, Arizona, and received her undergraduate degree at the University of Arizona in Nutrition Science and completed her postgraduate medical doctorate degree at the University of Arizona College of Medicine.
Kristen recently released a children’s book titled, “How to be a Poop Detective”, which focuses on her passion which is nutrition education. Her goal and reason for writing the book is to change traditional teaching of where children’s calorie sources should come. She is dedicated to promoting the message that a healthy diet is the very best medicine and that the body talks to us through our poop. She is confident her book will change the course of a child’s life through simple messages. She has consistently been voted and recognized as both TOP DOC in Phoenix, Arizona and as a Best Doctors of America.
